Discrimination i would like to bring your kind attention towards the situation in Copthorne Sharjah. I got termination today without any reason. i was incharge of F&B. first they terminated 3 waiters. then Mr Nader who joined as a General Manager there a month ago he called and asked me that I am not fit in his team. he needs arabic speaker. last week he asked me to work in sales department as a Sales manager and he took my signature with mr. Ronny sir, couples of week ago my all team members got appreciation letter for their previous month. if you open trip advisor or booking.com you will find each second comments mentioning my name. sir, i joined in march and march april may 3 months we acheived budget. even mystery guest mentioned that Lalit is the only professional person in hotel and he raked F&B on top among all. i always tried my best gave my sweat and blood work long long hours and now because of discrimination Mr. Nader doesnt like me. he always sitting with Newly hired sales director and chef because they are arabic. i woulld like to make request just for investigation and have a look on my profile and my actions throughout my work there and take a discilinary action. hoping for your cooperation.
